The Road goes ever on and on; Down from the door where it began;
Now far ahead the Road has gone; And I must follow, if I can;
Pursuing it with eager feet; Until it joins some larger way;
Where many paths and errands met; And whither then? I cannot say.

Two Weeks

Looking rather pleased to be at JOG
Photo* courtesy of Luke Unsworth

Can you believe that it's only two weeks ago that we reached the end of our walk? It seems like half a lifetime ago.

Roll on the next trip!

(* It's rather a good photo, I think, having caught us completely unawares. It's worth clicking on it to see the bigger version)

  2. What a great piccy :)

    I understand that feeling of having left the walk behind very quickly after it's over (even though I've never done anything remotely as long as LeJog). I've been sitting here on my return from Corsica positively itching to get out again. In fact, I'm thinking of taking the tent up to the Lakes next week for a few days.

    I also don't like the feeling that all that fat I burned up has already begun to creep steadily back on...
