Is it possible...

...to order a meal off a menu in the States without getting a barrage of questions/options in return? Never has ordering breakfast been so complicated (Mick's steak and eggs far more so then my omelett [sic])!

We are hungry walkers, on a mission to gain some pounds, but these portion sizes are defeating even us.
