Contrast (2)

K2CW Day 4: at around 4.30pm we arrived at the Travelodge just outside of Dartford. Within 60 seconds of entering our room, Mick took this photo:

    Brilliant! Lord Elpus has a good technique for trashing hotel rooms: He takes down all the wall hung pictures from their hooks and then uses the hooks to suspend his tent by it's guy ropes, thus drying it out wonderfully.

    Unfortunately, pictures (and thus picture hooks) aren't a big feature of Travelodge rooms. Fortunately, they do have good and proper poles suspending the shower curtains, so Wendy dried out nicely in the bathroom.

    looks very much like mine and Alfies effect upon well presented hotel rooms too tho in the second pic it would have been the dogs(Alfie) feet on the bed!
